Our DE&I Committee
At Quadra, we’re dedicated to fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) throughout our organization. Guided by our Core Values, we champion initiatives in Representation, Talent Flow, Employee Experience, and Partnerships. Through DEI Training and Development, we nurture inclusivity and retention, celebrating the uniqueness of every individual.
Empowered by our DEI policy, our committee drives positive change through targeted initiatives in education, engagement, and workforce integration.
Our focus on learning, engagement, and connection underscores our commitment to building a thriving, inclusive workplace where diversity fuels innovation and success.
Our DE&I initiatives are driven by a dedicated team comprised of individuals from across our North American operations. In collaboration with Mercer, we developed training materials for a people leaders course titled “Being and Leading as a Better Ally.” This course equips our leadership team with the tools to identify inequities and cultivate an environment where everyone can become better allies, ultimately enhancing team engagement and the overall work environment.
