Quadra was proud to offer its people leaders diversity and inclusion training centered around Being and Leading as a Better Ally. The session addressed the complex needs of individuals within each team, that might not otherwise be known or understood. It supported our leaders’ ability to cultivate relationships, and improve engagement, resulting in higher performance.
During this 90-minute virtual interactive session, we:
• Educated ourselves about diversity, equity and inclusion, and about inequities
• Understood what an ally is and how we can effect change as an ally
• Discovered what to do when we see or experience inequities in the workplace
The session was engaging, informative, and well-received, inspiring our leaders to listen and act.
