While the freight for this delivery was managed externally, our products were part of the shipment. Once the incident occurred, our customer reached out, and we didn’t hesitate to act.

What made this response even more exceptional was that it all happened after hours on a weekend. Emergencies don’t follow a schedule, and neither do we. Our team’s ability to quickly mobilize outside of standard business hours speaks volumes about their dedication and the culture we’ve built at Quadra. Our Operations team, led by Jason Rosell, immediately sprang into action. Within hours, the team coordinated access to the warehouse, prepared clean-up supplies, and delivered totes directly to the site to support containment and remediation efforts.
