How to Make a Cleaner for Removing Rubber Marks on Industrial Floors

Discover how to develop an efficient cleaner for removing rubber marks from industrial floors.

Rubber marks from tires can be a real headache on industrial floors. They are tough to remove and can ruin the floor coating if you’re not careful. Many cleaners either fall short or use strong ingredients you’d rather avoid.

That’s where ESTISURF MF21-WW comes in. It’s a surfactant blend designed to tackle rubber marks without harming the floor.

Here’s what it does:

  • Helps the cleaner soak into the rubber marks.
  • Breaks the rubber free from the surface in just a few minutes.
  • Rinses away easily with water, leaving the floor clean.

How to make the cleaner concentrate:

  • 63% tap water
  • 1% sequestering agent (for example, Dissolvine M-40)
  • 3% potassium carbonate (builder)
  • 3% ESTISURF A100-40
  • 30% ESTISURF MF21-WW

Mix this concentrate with water before using. The dilution can range from 1:1 to 1:5 depending on how strong you need it. If you want to try it or have questions about ESTISURF, feel free to reach out.
